JOMAA Scholarship Application

The JOMAA Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors from the Upward Bound program at East Stroudsburg University. Recipients are selected by the PMLV Upward Bound Alumni Association. Ideal applicants are students who can clearly articulate how Upward Bound has impacted their lives and influenced their future goals. Applicants must have participated in the ESU Upward Bound program for two to four years and demonstrate concrete plans to pursue postsecondary education at a college or university.
